• Website Analytics: We use a self-hosted instance of Umami for website analytics. Umami is a privacy-friendly analytics tool that collects anonymized data about your visit, such as your browser type, operating system, and country of origin. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. Your IP address is anonymized.
• Heatmaps and Session Recordings: We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how users interact with our website. This service helps us improve the user experience by providing heatmaps and anonymous session recordings to identify usability issues. • Your Content (Videos): Your video recordings stored on Cloudflare R2 are deleted immediately when your subscription expires or when you manually delete them through the service.
• Account Information: We retain your name, email, and transaction history for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
